6. Data Use & Model Training
Finela does not use customer data, uploaded files, or workspace interactions to train, fine-tune, or otherwise modify any public or shared version of its models.
Each firm’s workspace operates in isolation, and all processing occurs within that secure environment.
Finela may use aggregated technical metrics, such as system performance or error logs, solely to maintain platform reliability and security. These metrics never include or reveal customer content.
We do not sell, share, or monetize user data for any third-party purpose.
7. Business Accounts & Organizational Control
If you register using a corporate email, your account may be linked to your organization, granting administrative control over:
Access permissions and data visibility.
Feature usage and reporting.
User management across the organization.
Finela will notify users before transferring an account under organization control.
8. Use Restrictions
Users agree not to:
Develop competing AI models using Finela's insights.
Reverse engineer or extract Ela's LLM structure.
Redistribute, sell, or monetize Finela-generated insights without explicit authorization.
Violations may result in permanent access termination and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Finela provides all services "as is", without guarantees. We are not responsible for:
Investment losses, financial miscalculations, or regulatory failures.
Missed market opportunities or incorrect predictions.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Finela upholds strict data privacy and compliance standards. We do not sell personal or financial data to third parties.
